Noelia Solís Preciado studied Physics at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Extremadura (Spain). She obtained her M.Sc. degree in Medical Physics at the Universitat de València (Spain).
She completed her medical physics specialization at the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria Hospital of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, in 2020. She joined the Advanced X-ray Tomographic Imaging (AXTI) group of the Department of Medical Imaging in September 2020 as a PhD student, under the supervision of Ioannis Sechopoulos. Her research project consists in evaluating the factors that influence breast density as well as studying the accuracy and sensitivity of breast density measurement.
